Back at you :-). Its a placebo effect you've got. Any cover-ups will introduce attenuation, and will not have 100% impedance match, among other things, compared to the OEM designed antenna.

ok bill ni (or however it's spelt) they extended the antenna and extended the actual length even though it is curled back and forth. i get music in my garage now and with stock i didn't. I can't say that is all in my head because....o yeah it's not.
