I'll post pictures in a sec.

Anyhow the down pipe protrudes about 2-3 inches lower that the original. I have a brz manual vehicle. I'm currently installing my old one so I'll be back in 30 with pics.

[EDIT] Here's the pics

irrelevant. The cars are identical mechanically.

BTW, you need to remove your stock overpipe. You are trying to attach the SRT overpipe to your stock overpipe.

Irrelevant regarding BRZ-FRS but relevant regarding MT and AT.

Yes, I suppose it would be a good idea to point out the obvious.

mike is right. You have one more pipe to remove. You need to remove the aluminum splash shield/skid plate to access the connection where the overpipe connects to the header. To make life easier, remove the heat shield from the stock over pipe and you can twist it out. I think someone was able to remove it without removing the heat shield, but it's not easy. I wrestled with it for about 10-15 mintues and gave up and removed the heat shield. It came much easier without the heat shield.

Once the SRT overpipe is connected, it will look like this.

Couple questions.. I'm interested...

1. Does it void any of the cars warranty? (Obviously the exhaust, but engine, which should have 0 effect, but you know dealerships)

2. How much does it cost to have installed? (Can any muffler shop do it?)

Is this where ya'll order from: http://swiftracing.com/SRT/item.aspx?id=162
1299.99 + (Install? (price?))

just got mine today, umm well half of it. when i got home ups had dropped it off. pretty good size box, but when i picked it up it was really light, I could only think this cant be all of it, and it wasnt. I only got midpipe, pipe conecting to header, and the piece with no resonator, so my question is did everyone else get 2 separate packages??? because im missing the most important piece here, i left a mgs with srt but no respose yet.
