True enough, I was simply agreeing with the suggestion since it's a common thing. Many people mod their cars for more power and aren't properly educated on how to use the extra power.

keep in mind this is an old thread. A lot has changed since the beginning of june. The visconti tune/turbo etc weren't out then.
Thus I vote we let this thread die.

Rims could be better..spoiler could be better. Anyone adding a spoiler or are you guys staying stock? As far as what I want to do, I just want to give it some HP increase but not add much weight. Seems everyone is ok with the stock suspensions, so no need to change there. Hopefully try and grab an intake, and headers. Sucks waiting for them to develop all this.
drops 8 lbs, adds 3whp.

axleback/downpipe combo does 12whp, from nameless. dyno proved.

I hope to get the Nameless axleback downpipe exhaust. How is the noise level compared to stock noise levels? Yours is without the Helmholtz res? Thanks.

mine has helmholtz. I think the downpipe/axleback combo is really great- more aggressive sound, no droning, I love it. When I added the header, it drones a bit though, but adds another gob of power (I baselined at 159 and I'm at 179 now peak, and +25 at the top end of the power band).

Build quality and fitment is A+, couldn't be better. I'd prefer slightly quieter WITH header, but I prefer extremely quiet exhausts.

1. This or something similar. Crawford apparently found oil in the motor they tore down after around 1K miles. The BRZ version isn't out yet
2. Better tires that aren't so loud and squealy. Road & Track tested Stock vs Dunlop Dirreza Z1 Star specs and they dropped 2.5 sec off of their lap time.
