How hot was it in Austin that day? I wonder if these have issues with heat.

I've seen temps around 106 up to 111 on the car thermometer when I leave work.

Longhorn, sounds like I may be taking my car in soon for the headunit acting up... For some reason my car won't "talk" to me or "listen" to me anymore! I told her that she was the only one for me but still won't do anything!

Seriously though, after working great mine seems to finally be running into issues. Voice command just locks the system up for 5-10 minutes and eventually it will cancel out. At the same time the system has also started having a bluetooth seisure where it connects and drops, connects and drops with my phone...

Update!

So I got a call last week from the dealership. They were told via Subaru that it wasn't a defect and that it was normal and it was probably due to me changing the color of the display* which I didn't believe, but I was scheduled to bring it back in in a couple days so I didn't argue. Fast forward to today and when I show up this morning the service department tells me Subaru sent them a new nav unit anyways and they were going to replace it which they did. Problem is gone now with the new unit and hopefully it doesn't pop back up. I was gearing up for a fight with the service department and with Subaru if they were going to try and tell me this was normal, but fortunately everything worked out!

*The color change option on the nav is laughable, you barely notice the difference so I don't know why they included this feature with the unit.
