This is not "fraud". Obviously some customer service issues need to be addressed. This thread needs to be renamed.

A title like this makes me believe the customer OP is unreasonable and difficult to work with. OP can always dispute charges and request a refund and then write a post about how dissatisfied OP is with experience.

Good call! As I mentioned before, USPS sucks!

Hope OP can rename thread.. Fraud, no.... But if he feels its poor customer service then he has every right to post his situation.....

Titan are a supporting member of our community, not some rip of merchant working out of taiwan selling through Bgay... Just my opinion....

Obviously we have a ton of mix ups we don't even know about. I will get this issue fixed asap as well. Regardless of what it takes. Please send me your details to my PM box as well so I can fix this issue.

If anyone has not received anything they have purchased from us please PM or email me directly at sales@titanperformance.net so we can figure out the issue and resolve it in a timely manner for you.

Thank you,

Chris

They seriously do. Beside there fair shipping rate though. We will be opening an account with UPS starting Tuesday to pick up all orders in the future. Everything will be shipped with TRACKING and INSURANCE

Yeah we are done with USPS. Another customer sent some images to us a little while ago of a box that was destroyed that we sent them. Thankfully we put enough packaging in the box and the parts were completely fine. USPS is HORRIBLE.

Yeah, I was the one difficult to work with in this situation. I paid in full on July 19th, never received what I purchased. I waited patiently, week after week, as I was told they just two days ago sent another one and I'll have my pulley this week. Each week, nothing. I requested a tracking number, nothing. I offered to pay for UPS/FedEx, nothing. I asked for a refund, nothing. From my point of view I was being fucked. I post this thread and within minutes, a refund. 6 weeks of the run around and I'm the unreasonable one. Go figure.

JohnATL, my post wasn't meant as an attack on you as I certainly don't know you. I have also posted problems with vendors before on this forum.

I read your post several times and I thought "where is the fraud?" This is thread could also have been given an equally shocking title as "Titan Performance Murdered my Family."

I think the title should've been named different is all, but I've posted before and I realize you can't edit the title.

I don't mean any offense to you or your situation, just only the title.

When you pay for something and don't receive it and you get to a point where you have no reason to believe you'll ever receive it or your money back I consider it fraud. When I made this post I wrote off this as a total loss and as far as I could tell I had been lied to for 6 weeks. I see no proof that a pulley was ever sent let alone the three that their e-mails claim. I also don't buy the excuses given. The first excuse was there was a mix-up with shipping addresses because of their temp-ban on this forum. I don't buy it because I didn't provide them my address through this forum, it was provided through PayPal. The second excuse I got was they ran out of stock and had to order more. So they over sold a group buy and then didn't tell us. Instead they claimed that USPS must have lost it and they sent another, and another...

Regardless I can't change the title.

JohnATL i feel your pain. I had exactly the same issue with Titan. Always saying pulley was just sent and no tracking number. I got tired of waiting and went to PayPal resolution center. The next day I got a response from Chris who finally ship it and provided me with a tracking number. A month later, pulley arrived. I'm not use to do business this way, not willing to buy anything else from titan.

Unfortunately, before buying the pulley I preordered the takeda air intake and although is not out yet, I'm smelling trouble already. I hope he can clean Titan's name and reputation and step to the plate with all the people that preordered parts from him when items become available.
