Titan Performance Issues

Buyer beware. I paid for a Perrin Crank Pulley on July 19th as part of the first group buy and never received it. Each week I heard from them the same thing, we just shipped it and I will get it this week. Week after week no pulley. Either they are lying or the USPS has lost multiple shipments. Now they refuse to refund my money. Wonderful vendor!

ask them for a tracking number, then hunt it down, it may have gotten lost, shit happens...

no tracking number means it never shipped, never jump the gun on things that dont come through the mail

plus if no one else got their pulleys, it would be all over this forum and a class action lawsuit would be in order

They refused to provide a tracking number, I asked repeatedly. I even offered to pay for FedEx or UPS to get a tracking number but my request was ignored. I'm not jumping the gun by a mile. I've been extremely patient but after hearing the same bullshit line each week for the past month is enough.

@TiTAN Performance you have an unhappy customer, you need to provide them a tracking number please.

Mine came via USPS whose tracking isn't near as good as Fedex or UPS. I just got my Tein springs in from him too and got UPS tracking on them when they shipped. The month ban he got probably messed up a lot of communication but i'm sure Chris will take care of it.

Hello everyone,

We do not have a tracking number as it wasn't an option for certain packages for some reason when I went to ship the box. I sent a very long descriptive PM to John about this situation and we are taking care of it for him. USPS lost the package in shipping. We are waiting for a return on the package for insurance or for them to find it. We will have a answer on Monday.

I updated John exactly about this and what I would do for him. There is no reason to be posting a thread like this when it is being taken care of.

Thank you,

Chris

Thank you Joe for the reassurance. Happy you received all of your parts. Let me know if we can help you with anything else. :)

Your story just doesn't add up. According to your PMs you've shipped at least three separate times. Are you saying USPS lost all three? And this won't be 'taken care of' until I have my money back. A month and a half of handling this just between you and me hasn't gotten me anything other than a new promise each week that another pulley has just been sent and I'll have it this week. What recourse do I have at this point other than to share my experience with the community. I've given you plenty of opportunity to make good.

There is a vendor feedback section also that this should be moved to.

John,

When you take care of 80+ pulleys on top of being banned, things get mixed up/lost/shipped to the wrong addresses. Your money has been refunded this way you won't have to wait until Monday. If when you receive the other pulley we sent you please return it.

Thanks,

Chris
