Either quit boo-hoo'ing or quit fooling with shit that doesn't need to be fooled with...no one forced you to go to the dealership to have a "safety" feature disabled...

The issue with the cell phone in the seat (for me at least) seems to be intermittent. Sometimes mine causes it, sometimes it doesn't.

Still plan on getting the ECU next time I take the car in for service.

I'm definitely going to pass on this ECU thing. I've already been running without the fuse in, which has been fine. The new ECU doesn't fix the cell phone airbag issue. And it does not fix the passenger window auto scroll issue.

Also, the cell phone airbag issue is because of the new detection technology. Basically try putting your phone in the seat without the charger hooked up and it should be fine. The charging cable probably sets off that sensor.

The list is at the back of the owners manual. The only new thing that is not listed there is the ability to disable the DRLs.

Anyone who says this ECU fixes the phone in the seat thing or passenger window auto-roll down is full of shit.

Hmmm, maybe that is why mine is intermittent I'll have to test. I rarely charge my phone in the car, so I suppose that could be it.
