I think it is just a coating, so you "might" be able to take it off and re-polish the tips, but I am not 100% sure as we havent ever tried.

Dyno Results for ISIS Performance Street Catback exhaust and prototype ISIS Test pipe.

Catback - At 7000 RPM gained 6.12hp and 4.37 ft/lbs of Tq.
Catback + Testpipe - at 7000 RPM Gained 6.81hp and 4.86 ft/lbs of Tq

The sound is noticeably different with the test pipe.

We are very pleased with the performance and sound.

Compared to the HKS Exhausts which are over 1K - and made 0 HP gains on our car. We think the ISIS Exhaust at $600 and 6hp is awesome bang for the buck setup.

Thanks
Ken

I can't decide whether I like the extra growl that the test pipe gives it or not

6HP got $600 is a good deal?

Please send me whatever it is you smoking. I would love some. I am not looking for heavy weight, just a taste, please.

You can get a tune for just a bit more, and you are looking at nearly 40HP gain with e85. I hate to knock, but to say 6HP for $600 is a great deal you having to be unhealthy in the head.

6HP. Ok, I'll bite. What's the system weigh? Also is the catback system CARB legal? Or am I asking for too much?

yea, looking at the graph there may be more power in the dip. I wasnt at the dyno or have the ability to check the hp difference at different points. I just went off what they supplied us.
