The 919 was a cool bike. I had it's little brother...I miss my 599. I sold it to buy a supercharger kit for my Mustang.

Yea, loved the 919, it was a rice rocket disguised as a standard bike. It was a 2005 (black). I bought it used with 500 miles on it, rode it for 3 years and sold it in one day on CL basically for what I paid for it.

My 599 was "asphalt" (matte black), first year (2004), and serial #000001. It was a Christmas gift from my wife in Dec '03. The guy that bought it just called me a couple of days ago to tell me he is thinking of selling it. I'm tempted to buy it back if for no other reason than the VIN #. That alone may make it worth something some day.

Mine'll be called 'Ginge', short for Ginger Ninja.

US market calls it Hot Lava, here it's officially Toyota Orange - how dull's that?

I'm gonna be calling my car 'Red' since it's Lighting RED and she'll love that I'm always inside of her.

I just thought of it... The new inventory manager (whom I spoke with very frequently) was named Ricky. He was awesome and dealt with my "crazy" requests while the car was being delivered. Myself and a few of my buddies started calling him "Ricky Bobby", so that's what I'll be calling my baby.
