This is how I would rank them based on Randy's remarks.

1. 911
2. C63 <--The regular automatic w/ torque converter was my biggest surprise of the shootout.
3. BRZ <-- "You're definitely not dealing with 500hp" and pad fade were the only criticisms I noticed.
4. Camaro
5. GT-R
6. McLaren
7. Mustang
8. Lambo
9. Jag

I'm just sitting here pondering the fact that it takes a tweaked-out special version $100 grand car to beat the BRZ.

I'm surrounded by a happy glow!

Maybe.... but then again...

On the transmission: I thought the transmission shifted very well for a torque-converter automatic. I got hung up in second gear off the hairpin. It revs fast and you gotta pull the shifter real early to avoid hitting the limiter. When I hit the limiter, it stayed there a long time. It felt awful, frankly, only because it was slowing me down.

Kinda weird how he mentioned the BRZ has better handling and less prone to under-steer than the FR-S? Seems like all the reviews I've read say the opposite.. I guess it's just a matter of opinion.

Was thinking the same thing. So far everyone has been saying that the FRS is more tail happy because of the difference in the spring setup.

Glad i'm not the only one, thought i was going crazy lol. Unless the guy just made a mistake when recording. It would still make sense that the BRZ won the lap time over the FR-S for this reason because I've heard that it is faster on the track, sticks to the lines better. Just depends what you're going for I guess. I've also heard that the FR-S with better tires is an easy way to shave off the lap times and i bet would give the BRZ a run for its money. I'd like to see the two compared both with upgraded wheels and tires.

BRZ will have first place.

Its best drivers car, not track car. Most of those cars are terrible to drive on the regular anyways.

Interesting that at the intro to the BRZ hot lap, they stated it was less prone to Understeer like it's Scion twin...Orly?
