There is a traffic circle by my house with really low curbs, very similar to the rumble strips in F1, and train tracks running through it... It basically acts like a chicane, where you barely have to turn if you skim the curbs. It was completely deserted so I entered this chicane “spiritedly”, bounced a bit on the tracks which made the tires chirp and give the impression I’m trying to drift, which I was not. Anyway this turn is very fun… But there was a cop in an SUV hauling a boat (he was patrolling the river) coming the other way as I exited and he pulled me over from the front. He grabbed my papers and when he came back out he said “Do you want the $700 option or the $80 option?” I said $80 sounds like the better deal. Basically he said he could have got me for reckless driving, stunting and speeding; but he would let me off with an $80 warning (speeding) because he knew it was a new car that I was probably excited about and my record was good, but I should chill the f* out.

Not fr-s related, but with my old car, I used to have rs-3s on... Switched to snow tires because of winter and kept them on till March. On a particularly warm day I wanted to see how the snow tires stacked against the rs-3s... took a roundabout with the tires squealing (going so much slower than I could with rs-3s...) and I come out of the roundabout facing a cop car parked on the side. His windows were open and he was looking directly at me but didn't care one bit. lmao. I've never been so lucky.

I have no tickets as of yet, and I hope I don't get any.

Oh, and I installed a Bel STi-R Plus and Blinder M47s. That helps too.

Got pulled over. I think he was just curious about my car. Asked me how fast I was going (10mph over) and I was honest about it. Asked me a few questions about the car and how I liked it. Then said "Slow it down, or at least keep a better eye out". LOL

71 in a 55.

Trooper did me a "favor" and made it a 70.

Seems like all cops do these days is prey on innocent ppl going to and from work.

Damn dude. Sucks. That's criminal in my state of NC. I'd recommend just paying for a lawyer and hopefully get it lowered. But other than that, just suck it up and do what you gotta do!

Worst thing is, it was an all black Charger with HIDs, and BLUE STREET GLOW.

So I was like, "oh it's just a riced out Charger, I'll be fine." As I was slowing down, he pulled over, let me pass, then lit me the fuck up. Jesus I've never seen so many blue/red lights.

Get a lawyer if you want to keep your license (or "sane" insurance rates). Good luck.
