It's below MSRP, until they tack on the "floor mats" or delivery fee... then it comes out to the MSRP exactly.

I thought it was 24300 at first too until I was about to sign the papers. I was close to saying.. I'll get my own floor mats to save money haha

In all, there's not that much profiteering going on around this car.

When they launched the 350z, people were giving a $500 to order their cars at the dealers. These people were selling their spots on the waiting lists. The relatively standard price they were selling for was $5000, and I'm sure some sold for more if the order was for a harder to find spec.

This is funny. I've talked to several dealers that have said there's not profit on the FR-S, so they have to do add-ons to make money. Of course this is total BS. None the less mark ups are the price you pay for a hot car after it has just been launched and you're one of the early adapters.

You think that's bad? Here's one in my city. I test drove it and they tried to sell it to me. As you can see it is used with 390 miles on it.....http://www.keyesscion.com/vehicle/20...es-715961.html

Norwalk CA? You mean the Cerritos Auto Center? I test drove an aquamarine FRS a couple of weeks ago there. They had a red one in the showroom with the Five Axis body kit for 30K. Such ludicrousness.....By the time I get one next November, they had better not be pulling this crap still.....
