The dealership near me lists the car as inventory when it goes on a truck to be delivered. They have 4 manuals being delivered currently.

This is NOT true, I went to a dealer in NJ (Liberty Scion) and they tried marking up the FRS $3,000 over sticker. I was Pissed that I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they didn't tell me on the phone/emails before I left. The next day I called back to complain, and the Manager said, "$3,000 is cheap we usualy ask $6,000 over" so I called Scion directly to complain, and they said all they can do is sugest a price, but the dealer can sell for whatever they want to. Total BS.

So I found a BRZ for sticker and bought it.

Wait hold up, how do you know it was bait and switch? It is still listed for that price on their official Scion Web site:

Even if they added $399 for dealers fees, its still cheaper than what anybody else has paid for a FR-S.

Try Kings Toyota in Cincinnati. I worked with a sales rep. Can't remember his first name. Last name is Ihler. No markup. Paid just under $25.000. Plus a heck of a trade in on my leased Prius. $4000.00 in equity towards the FR-S. I have 3800 miles on the car. No issues whatsoever. Most fun I've had in years. Good luck!
