I have slight rattling coming from the front left of my car. When I ride in the passenger's seat it's not as noticeable, but I haven't pinpointed it exactly. I literally picked up my a couple of hours ago from the dealer but didn't really notice it until about halfway home. I didn't notice this on the test drive yesterday. It's most noticeable from 1st to 3rd and then I hear 4 or 5 clicks when I stop. Any clues?

Didn't want to make a new thread but I don't hear anything specifically mentioned about a rattle I'm hearing in my BRZ.
It seems to be coming from the driver side door, but slightly behind me. It happens when I'm listening to a song that has a lot of bass or when I'm on a road that causes a lot of vibration. If I put my arm on top of the door panel, it stops. Seems like it's something inside the door panel, but I don't believe it's the one everyone has mentioned near the front of the door by the hinge since this seems to be in the back of the door. |

I have a horrible squealing coming from the rear area. It happens every time I release the clutch and press the throttle. Strange phenomenon, this one. :P

Rattle coming from some location in the rear. Can't pinpoint it because I'm usually going around 70-80 when it starts.

I have had a rattle happen in the rear for me as well. Seems to go away once the car warms up. Sounds almost like the rear brake light in the back window rattling against the glass, but I'm not sure if that's the cause or not...

I think I have this, but it starts from 70mph or 80mph. I looked outside and the only thing I can think of is the plastic/rubber mud flap starting to flop around at speed.

I don't think it's that with mine. I thought it might have been a transmitter rattle as described in another thread, but whatever they did to get the interior trim out, I can't do. I thought it might be an exterior piece but I jacked up the car and can't find anything loose underneath. I'm just clueless AND the dealer hasn't gotten back to me about coming in. I just want to know what it is. That's my whole pet peeve. So long as I know what is making the noise, and if it isn't serious, I don't mind.

I actually narrowed it down to the back shelf. Its most likely the amp or the remote key sensor that is causing this metallic sound. Didn't have time lately to search more for it.

I don't think it is.. it doesn't go away at all when i tap the door panel near the window switch, but it does if I put my arm on the rear part of the panel, or if I wind the window down a tiny bit.
