congrats, she's a beaut!
I was staring at the "270" written on the hood of the car, wondering if I should say something... then I realized it's the protective wrap not the hood itself.

I thought the same thing when I was pulling into the parking lot!

Same here. Told my dealer no wash, no detail. They did it anyways and now my paint is complete shit, swirls and scuffs everywhere. Havent had the time to go for an all-day pro detail job.

I actually live one town over from the Subaru dealer in Acton MA but when I emailed them to see if they would let me take a look at one they had just been delivered they told me straight up no. It was early June and I had never seen the car in person yet, I had no idea how big or small it was. They said in order for me to see it I would have to put down a $1000 dollar deposit and wait for one to be delivered before I could even see one. Now I didn't expect to touch the car, drive the car, or even sit in the car but they wouldn't let me just look at it. I asked nicely a few times explaining what i was expecting and they kept saying no. Maybe they thought I wasn't serious about buying one because I look somewhat young (22).

The next week I happened to be driving through Nashua and noticed that they had a brz in the show room. Busted a U-turn right then and walked in at 6:59 to take a look(they close at 7:00). Marc was happy to stick around after they were technically closed to let me look around and even sit in the car(I was careful, I knew this was gonna be someone else's baby someday and I wouldn't appreciate someone scratching stuff in mine). I came back the next day with my deposits and ordered this one.
I knew that parking lot looked very familiar. I bought mine from Nashua too. My sales person was Ray, but I talked to Marc for a bit while signing my papers.

The day mine was delivered, they also delivered a black premium with the spoiler that was sitting in the showroom. I'd venture to guess that is the one you got to sit in?

It's definitely nice to see more local BRZ's. I'm from Lowell myself so I'll be seeing you around at meets soon enough...I might even host my own very soon just to be in the presence of more than one BRZ/FR-S

Are you the guy who bought the galaxy blue Limited? I think we met the day I ordered mine.

I haven't seen any others on the road since I ordered mine. One of my buddies got a frs and that's the only one I have seen outside of dealerships.

I ended up going with seajay's detailing out of billerica Ma. He is close to my house and his work looks more than acceptable on facebook. There is another guy on this forum who used him and he recommends him. Look forward to my review!

I haven't even though of a name yet. Its probably going to take me a few weeks.
Last week I accidentally named my friends new kia forte wheezy. I was just remarking on how it feels to push the gas pedal down but she liked the name so much it has stuck. It reminds her of the penguin in toy story haha.
