I used 25mm spacers on my RSX-S and it just ruined my alignment. I hope yours are of better quality than the ones I used.

Just make sure they are at least 5052 Aluminum and hub centric.

Every Porsche I have ever owned and worked on has had bolt on spacers with studs.

Discount Tire is correct to make that as their policy. The reason why is because you are essentially adding an additional assembly which makes 10 lugs per corner. When you are dealing with that many per corner, the potential for error becomes greater. Its not saying spacers couldnt be safe, just for a company with thousands of employees, the potential problems and danger to the consumer is such that they wouldnt risk it.

Instead of using spacers, I would trade for wider or lower offset wheels if you're looking for a flush fit. Just my take on it.

right but what if you like a specific set and they are rare/only come in specific fitments?

Otherwise I'd agree with you.

whoa, those have the same specs as the factory wheels? i put on 25mm spacers on my stockers and they dont protrude nearly as much as yours. from the back-view, it looks like the wheels stick out too much, could be the angle you snapped the pic.?

agreed with other member, please don't ever use your stock jack to work on your car, especially if you need to torque down anything; get some jack stands and a good floor jack. look at what i did to safely torque down my spacers. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...0&postcount=22
