anyone got the titanium? I prefer the brushed look, but want something darker. I think the titanium will be perfect, please get some pictures up!

So do titanium shift knobs heat up like aluminum and steel ones or do they stay cooler?

I have the textured black (seen photos) version in my Miata, and it's my third knob (all in different Miatas). Their quality is excellent. I have to say, I had chrome finish first and the sweat from my hands ended up making permanent stains in the finish. Voodoo exchanged it for a spun finish. That did the same thing. I ended up selling the car and didn't worry much about it after that. The next Miata got the textured finish, and it still looks new all these years later. It 's shorter height makes the shifts feel shorter and more solid, and though it does heat up, mine never gets hot enough that it is uncomfortable. Actually, I think the heat from the transmission is almost charming. It adds to the mechanical feel, and creates an even closer relationship to what's going on with the gearbox!

Please Please PLEASE Voodoo... make a textured black for the FR-S/BRZ/GT86!

It's more aesthetically pleasing when partnered with the matte black collar for reverse gear too. I included a pic of my knob set upon the shifter in my FR-S, but the Miata knob thread is way smaller, so I could not screw it on to show it fully in place.

I'm not sure about this one; in the summer heat I'm sure it will still get up to a fairly high temp; I use a towel the first 10mins of driving after work, but I have no covered parking & it's about 115degrees here on average in the summer xD

No group buy; I'm not directly affiliated with the company, just tested & promoted the Voodoo

If you deciding to sell one. I'll lighten your load with one of them

Take your time, no rush and make sure that make the correct decision. If you want to keep both just advise, I was thinking of the team flossy gold one to match the seats but I think it would be distracting.

I have the spun finish and somehow it now has scratches all over it. Does anyone have a clue how to get scratches out of a spun aluminium shift knob? It is still awesome but it looks terrible now.

Just curious, I can't tell according to the pictures but does the Pearl shift knob match the silver trim of the interior? something similar?
