Thank You not working. - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Several members have posted that we cannot leave a Thank You anymore.
The funny thing is the Thank Yous show up in the Notifications. So, when I see I have a number of Notifications and check them I can see who left a Thank You and when.
Because there is a problem that needs fixing I think this would be a good time to revisit our request to have the Thank You button expanded to include other items such as; Like, Shock, Funny, Sad etc.

I've been thanking people so they know I replied, since reply notifications are gone completely.

They are on a version of vBulletin that's from 2016. No one is going to fix this stuff. For all intents and purposes, this site is effectively a dead site. We keep it going by posting on it but no one is doing the software maintenance at all. Most likely the site forum software will break and then it will just disappear. It's sad but thanks to Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc., these forums are just tombstones in the internet graveyards. It's so sad because those things I listed just aren't what this is.

I have received several Thank You notifications in the forum topbar when logged in over the past few weeks, including as recently as yesterday. Are only email notifications impacted?

It isn't notifications that's broken, it's the display at the bottom of the thanked note that shows who has thanked you that isn't showing up any longer. I still get top of forum notifications as well. Can't speak to email notifications because I have that turned off.
