I did not

It was a bit of a bitter sweet moment, but it was also a financial move since the type R is so valuable. I still hold the stance that the FK8 is the better car in practically every single segment, but funny enough this was mostly just for the "family".

We have re-scheduled our Grey-Hair (and sons) lapping reunion for the Monday Sept. 14th daytime session. My group will include my FRS, a Miata, two highly modified STI’s, a Beemer and a Vette.
Monday is typically very quiet so plenty of open track without the weekend yahoos.

I ended up at shannonville on the 14th for a couple sessions. Man I'm spoiled being an hour from calabogie lol.

Making 4.5hr round trip to shanny adds up

Not bad, first session was a bit lost getting lines decent. Followed a AE86 for a couple laps while I got my bearings before cording my tire in second session. Got my use out of them.
