Even better, law or regulation in CT states that whenever someone crashes into you, and they pay for your rental, the insurance company is required to give you something that equals in storage and seating. So, even if I was to have a, say Lotus Elise, or any 2 door coupe with the same proportions of the BRZ, a car that covers that standard would be something like a Fiat 500 or Chevy Spark. The Kia Soul is considered more expensive in rental terms, so I had to call to get that changed because the $25/day that would've covered the cars mentioned above, does not cover $35/day that the Soul requires.

Got the car back. Around $4K worth of repairs.
Performed an oil change at 50K miles. This time I went with Motul 0W-20. Also installed a Motiv Over pipe and Front Pipe combo (Uncatted). Might need to start looking for a battery replacement, I think my VIOFO Dash cam might be draining the battery because of the parking event sensor at work.

Been a little bit.
Haven't done anything with the car. I currently have a set of STi Style side skirts waiting in my shed to be installed. Be on the lookout for CS Style skirts since I'll probably be giving those up for free. Anxiously waiting for track season so I can take the car to Lime Rock. Been practicing/learning the track on iRacing. I should probably start reaching out to local members who have experience on that track. Braum Seats keep popping up on my socials and makes it really hard not to want to press "Add to Cart". Must..resist. The car is exactly where I want it to be, handles exceptionally, sounds great looks great, and is not overly loud even with a catless Front Pipe. The Apexi exhaust has been phenomenal. So I guess the next purchases would be track pads and brake fluid, possibly a set of tires which I'll probably wrap on the OEM Wheels unless I get my hands on a nice deal for better/lighter wheels.

By any chance, could you make sounds clips of your set up? Maybe drive by too?

I'll make it easy for you. Some track orgs require that if you have a race style seat you also have to have a harness, harness bar/cage. Some also require a HANS/FHR if you have those things too. So don't buy until you know what the track day orgs rules are as you may end up reverting back to stock or having to buy a ton more stuff.

Oh, would it be the same case for recliner seats? I wasn't exactly thinking bucket seats. Just slightly better quality OEM-Style seats.

I haven't forgotten about the video, I did take a cold start and up-to-temp exhaust notes, but I feel the cellphone doesn't do the exhaust note any favors. Maybe I propped the cellphone too close to the exhaust that it distorts the audio. I'll recruit a friend for a different take.

Some small maintenance/cosmetic upgrade.
Replaced all exhaust gaskets to Grimmspeed from the OP-FP-CB as I was experiencing some increasing drone sound. Replaced the OEM Brand/Make for Black Ones. Hoping for better weather soon so that I can install the STi Style Side skirts. Drained the catch can, after roughly a year and half, or around 15-20K Miles, came to around 1/2 cup of water-oil-fuel mix. The forbidden chocolate milk.

I've finally decided to join a local Auto-X group. First event takes off in April so I have to start getting ready for that.
I know I'll make a lot of braking mistakes, and still haven't decided If I want to use the daily tires (Michellin PS AS+ 4) or get a dedicated set. Would probably be a good idea to replace the rotors and brake pads, just haven't decided what the best way about it would be. Do I have a dedicated street pad/rotor, and then switch back to Track pad/rotor, or use a set that would be dependable on both settings. I have about a month to order parts and make a decision.

OEM pads and rotors should be fine for auto x. My current street/track setup is OEM Pads/Rotors then pad swapping to CL RC6.
I don't see why you couldn't auto x on your street setup then just pad swap for track events. Sorry if I missed something. BUT if you do want a better then OEM pad. Ferodo ds2500 is a good option or a Hawk HPS
