Clicking noise when turning and braking

Hi, i hope someone can give me an idea where to start looking or if someone has encountered the same problem. i hear this clicking noise when i turn the wheel usually to the right and when i am braking. https://streamable.com/cgyup5 sorry it's kind of faint but it's audible around the 3 second mark.

Did you change springs of the suspension?

I had a similar noise when turning the wheel in static and I believe it was the top of the spring slipping on the top mount

but not when braking, only in the case I mention so maybe itīs something else..

I’m running stock on all my suspension parts. It is very audible when i turn right. I’m guessing i hear it during braking due to the transfer of load to the front. What’s the best step here. Thanks
