And just for fun...

The RX7's, Mazda Miatas, and BMW E30's who finished behind me in the championship last year weren't laughing either.

omfg about 7 years ago during several autox events, i always was bested by this little red CRX in my S14 and FC3S. If that was you rice_classic...your skills are top notch. afterwards I found out the CRX and ITR were one of the best autoX cars in its class.

It was a joke based on the previous comments about how reviewers tend to throw a FWD car into sports car/performance car comparisons seemingly just to laugh at.

I'm aware that FWD can be made fast and relatively fun. However, call me stubborn, but after owning and driving many FWD sports cars, I have come to conclude that AWD is superior in traction and RWD is superior in driving dynamics and on-power fun. For some reason, spinning the front tires irritates and embarrasses me, but spinning the rear tires makes me smile and feel like a boss.

Good feeling ?

It is just an economy car in a sport coupe frame. It is underpowered compare to any other things on the street.

What do you do on the street for fun ? Look at incoming cars from behind, wait for it....wait. Then downshift, and vrrrmmm....you win, you smile. You lose, you feel like an a$$.
You can also roll race from 30mph to 80mph for fun.

Can the frs do that ? Sure can, but you will feel like an a$$.

Can other exotics do that ? Sure can, they will feel exotic, and high class.

The only way to bring all the frs potential out on the street is reckless driving. You have to cut the corner, drifting into an exit, and donut a uturn, then turn around and take another exit.....while being chased by a cop. Can you do that ? Sure you can. Do you have the skill it take ? Maybe. Do you have a feeling to race against a cop ? Nah, unless you sell drug

Forgive me if I offend anyone. I am just one of those who were eagerly waiting for the frs to release, and disappointed so much in 200hp with no turbo option

what does that even mean? nobody is talking about bringing all of the frs potential out on the street. the point of the car, and cars like it, is the fact that you dont have to be ripping around to have fun. you should spend some time out of your overpowered awd car and just enjoy the ride a little. fun and speed arent the same

Could you sign up for a forum for a car you hate and don't own? Sure you can, but you look like an a$$.
