I started using bowls instead of a plate years ago because it was easier to portion. I usually meal prep when I cook for myself so that makes things easier too.

I use bowls too but it makes it easier to go back for more thinking I didn't have as much lol

When I am cooking and plating up I usually portion out all the leftovers at the same time and put it away so what I have is what I have.

Ahhh ok that's smart. I do the opposite and don't portion leftovers until after.

i just use my smaller plates.

a big part of my portion control is packing a lunch for work.

if i order out, i get about 2-4x's what i'd normally pack for myself and then feel committed to finishing it, most fast food don't keep well enough even for dinner the same night!

Guarantee you that some time in the future a scammer/bot will take that image, edit a paper with the info in there somewhere, post it for sale, and then be messaged by another scammer/bot.
