I emailed them last week and was quoted $180 for 3 sets (6 plugs).

The BRZ bumper has threaded inserts that once  removed leave a 5/16” hole. As you noticed we do not stock Sapphire Blue  Pearl, nor anything remotely close to it. We can, however, produce it  for you if you are interested!  
Custom orders are $179 and you will receive three sets of plugs  (6 total) in the exact matching factory finish. Our paint process takes  approximately 14 working days to complete (19 stages plus 3 stage  clear) once we begin production. Check hole size (diameter) is 9/32” or  smaller and depth of 3/4” or more in each.

Yep, that's exactly what Mason sent me. He also said:

Pat, thanks for following up! The BRZ has round factory holes (once threaded inserts are removed). Shipping is normally included for custom orders, however since we are splitting it three ways each party will be charged for standard ground shipping. Can you provide us the following details for the other participants?

• Email address
• Shipping address
• Subaru model and hole type (dealer drilled holes vs. factory)
