Depends on the version you are on and when was the last time we did an update on the tune. Reach out to sales@delicioustuning.com for more info.

Usually remote tuning is not needed anymore, unless you have a customized setup. But you can reach out to sales@delicioustuning.com for more information, as we do not check here to often.

Updates: Flash & Go and All FI application tunes.
We have made quite a few changes (see list below) to our latest version of the Flash & Go tune which will also include, Edelbrock, Harrop, Innovate, and Jackson supercharger kits.

Please note: we seem to have found a small bug within the latest (and previous versions), while on speed density only, that in certain conditions (warm engine, not hot, not cold) on some 86's (does not affect all vehicles), the vehicle will start and die. This is something we have been reviewing with EcuTek and a few cars that have the issue. Otherwise the idle control should be a bit more stable now when running 100% Speed Density, with a lot less likely chance of receiving a high idle code as in previous versions of the tune.

Latest revisions offered by Delicious Tuning:

Flash & Go (all forced induction applications) Version 33.50
- 100% Speed Density Enabled
- Low speed acceleration from a dead stop.
- Low speed stock throttle, with Race Throttle or higher speeds.
- Improved Direct (mid RPM range) and Port Angle injection (low speeds)
- Improved CAM Angles (better top end power)
- Better tip in response for Speed Density
- Improved off throttle burble (add-on)
- Improved Flex Fuel (Ethanol) performance output
- Improved Idle Control for more applications
- Improved Mid Throttle / Mid RPM response and AFR ratios/targets

Major RaceROM Patch Updates: Flash & Go and All FI application tunes.
We have made quite a few changes (see list below) to our latest version of the Flash & Go tune which will also include, Edelbrock, Harrop, Innovate, and Jackson supercharger kits.

We have some major updates to our Flash & Go for all FI application tunes. The Flash & Go tunes required a major rollout to the latest RaceROM Patch for CAN Flex Fuel integration and no longer supports the sensor inputs for Flex Fuel. We have moved over to this new technology in order to meet stricter EPA and CARB compliance standards.

With the "The Way Forward" initiative by EcuTek, the software has added in a bit more control. EcuTek has improved the closed loop fueling control under wide open throttle and partial throttle. The improved closed loop target fuel control maintains a tighter control of targets, with less variance, this in turn allows the us to increase the power delivery a bit more. Not something that was possible on previous RaceROM versions.

We have also chosen to use a Hybrid air flow measurement for load calculations. Under idle and cruise we primarily focus on MAF based load values where as under heavier load values we interpolate to a MAP based values. We have found the true speed density with EcuTek is just not reliable enough across the numbers of vehicles we have tuned worldwide and have switched to a hybrid approach as the best option overall.

Latest revisions offered by Delicious Tuning:

Flash & Go (all forced induction applications) Version 36.50
- Hybrid Tuning for better idle and low speed control
- Improved Closed Loop Fuel Control
- Low speed acceleration from a dead stop.
- Improved Idle Control for all applications
- Improved Mid Throttle / Mid RPM response and AFR ratios/targets

it was definite possible also with racerom 12 to get a quick acting full range closed loop. Actually even better since in racerom 13 the afr won t go under 12.6 if you force the closed loop.. and what are you gonna do for FI, offset the lambda?
