I like this line from Toyota.

4. Greater convenience – where the tyre is capable of repair by the tyre repair kit

So what do you do when the tyre is too stuffed for the kit to work?

Same thing you do when you get two flats at once.

I hate this marketing wank talk. What happened to straight communication. Wtf is "Customer Experience Centre"? What ever happened to "Customer Service" (possibly an oxymoron but still) or better still just "Enquiries"? Customer Experience Centre sounds like something where they jack you in like in the Matrix. "Ok Nero, take the red pill and your car will be here tomorrow but take the blue pill and your car might be here by the end of next year."

I've destroyed a tyre before but haven't had 2 flats at once. That would be way outside odds.

So you either get it towed somewhere safe while you search for a new tyre or abandon it?

I seen it happen to a couple of friends.

Once during black saturday, a coal from the fires took out two tires. That was an "Abandon and come back later" moment.

Another the guy slammed into a gutter. Spent the night tracking down two spare tires (He didn't have a spare in his car).

I'm retired and have had a few punctures over the years but just the one spare has always been enough. So I'll stick with what works for me.
Almost guaranteed to get the first double or quadruple puncture after saying that!

to all that have an issue with the deletion of the spare wheel please email your concerns to the below email, under the advisal we might have a chance of having the decision reversed. I know alot of you think its just a long shot but in all honesty if majority of customers push there opinions something could be done.

Feel free to email CE center though- all comments/ concerns are collated and sent to senior management, and hopefully we can have a better product launch next time.
Sorry but unless you work for the factory in japan your statement is false... if everyone in Australia complained about the removal of the wheel they could possibly reverse the decision... its a long shot I agree... but not impossible

it just depends how strong you all feel about the situation.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The car is made in the same factory as the FR-S and other country variants which include spare wheel they just simply do not put on in the Aus version
