Well, despite doing the whole song and dance and putting down a deposit something like two months ago, the dealer has still not been able to actually forward my order to subaru to get built

Just checked MySubaru.com again this morning, I'm hoping this means my car will be here even sooner than the original dealer estimate of Aug 28th!

That's really cool your MySubaru page shows all that info. I finally got the VIN and made an account but it doesn't show me anything aside from current offers.

You can't create the MySubaru account until you have a VIN. I got my VIN just over 2 weeks ago.

I already have the MySubaru account but can't add my VIN to it. Subaru says I won't be able to until it's marked sold in their system. Cool that you can track yours, though!

That's weird, it wouldn't even let me create my account until I had the VIN.

I should have said I have a MySubaru account with my 2019 registered. I wanted to add this one to my account and it wouldn’t validate the VIN. I’m keeping the 2019 so I’d like to have both cars in the same account.

I was able to add my VIN to MySubaru, but I didn't get any updates about it!

Subaru customer service got back to me via email. my order (4/19) still shows delivery in the Month of August and there is still not a VIN associated with my VON... Not sure what that means besides that I'm still playing the waiting game.

Color/trim/transmission?

This is pure speculation on my part. But I have a feeling they are building Limited's with manual transmissions first.
