Garage
Being able to get it for $750-800 would be what I'm looking for.

They had the TRD exhaust on a car at the First86 event back in April. Great sound, I thought someone posted a clip of the sound.

Tentatively it's scheduled to be launched in mid Sept.

This looks very familiar, or at least the muffler reminds me of the TRD axle back I had on my 05 Corolla XRS. Looked exactly the same. I ran into someone that worked for Borla at one point and said they were the ones that made it for TRD.
Now I'm really curious who got this contract....

I know HKS does the F-Sport exhaust. I'm not sure who has been doing the recent TRD stuff though.

Yeah I know that the TRD exhaust for the tC was made by Borla too.

wait so this part will be available at the dealers?
if that's the case then it makes sense. I always think of aftermarket parts as something you buy on websites.
I always get what I want out of dealers so this shouldn't be a problem!

Doesn't matter where it is sold. MSRP is MSRP.

But, yes... TRD stuff will be offered through Toyota dealerships. And also "aftermarket"...

TRD parts can be ordered through the dealer. There are online retailers as well. The savvy usually pay less than MSRP; sounds like you know the game.

See above. TRD has always been priced high. If TRD is what you want, you gotta be resourceful.

I was at the Baltimore First Drive Event and all the cars had the TRD exhaust. Here are some videos that I took.

Still waiting on power numbers. Less weight is welcome but there are similarly priced systems coming out that are making power.
