He's a salesman though, he hasn't quit.

I'm sure he has the dyno that he promised us available and just forgot to post it.

Curious about the new claims of it being loud, would like to see drive around video (in cabin). As I mentioned in the other thread, since these are made in house according to Mike it should be an easy matter of having various frequencies cancelled out with minimal cost. Unless the in house production thing has changed?

Dave you have an ITR. Im pretty sure you have an idea how loud a full exhaust system is lol. I am sure its much more quiet then a honda though.

MY old roommates wrx and a 3inch straight back pipe from his turbo. its honestly not very loud in his car. kinda sorta on the loud scale out site of the car. NO WHERE NEAR buddy club spec 2 honda loud though.

There's a reason why I would never consider 99% of the aftermarket exhausts for my car too :P

BC 2s are stupid loud, louder than the 2.5" straight pipe side exit I threw together for my GS-R.

I use to run a muffler/resonatorless 3" on my Conquest TSI, it was quiet.. because turbo :P

I had a 2.5 straight pipe off my smsp header back to a spoon n1 axel back. Think louder than spec2. In 2.5 years of daily driving, never pulled over for it. Never again lol.

Since I have no desire to run a pulley the lack of that dyno means he hasn't provided the information I need to make an educated decision in regards to Agency Power's exhaust setup. As for all the butt dyno type stuff, it's worthless.

Hi, This is Jessica

Mike has been in a hospital room fighting a relapse over the last few days. Sorry he could not get this done for you.

His health was going down hill over last week. He went to both his jobs and hung in there like a trooper. Even though I told him he was crazy. I work in sales for Honeywell. I have a few things I want to point out. There are a few of you in here that will never buy AP or Vividracing. You are only in here to stir up trouble. The contrast in these threads vs other manufacture threads has made this very clear.

It's a shame of all I have seen in this thread over the last 25 minutes of reading and how people are trying their hardest to derail something. Anyone can see the groupie's and it doesn't take long to track them back to another vendor. Some even list their new exhaust parts on their car already. You already have another brand exhaust system. So why are you in here? Be thankful for something for once. Mike went the extra mile to get this cleared up. The two days he was doing all this work do you think he was making money? How about now?
How many of you would do that on your own time without being paid? Or demand to be paid?

As for vendors attacking other vendors? That is just poor tactics. Something you will learn over time. Yes be passionate that is what drives all of us. That is what drives you to be the best you can be in your field, family and life. But you do not gain much short term and long term this almost always backfires.
Your groupie's will follow you. Feed the fire. But people coming into the market can see it. Will read it and avoid dealing with it.

Before you even think about posting. Think about what you have done to add in this thread vs derail it. AP, I am sure by looking around on this site is not going anywhere a lot of vendors carry them. You might harass Vivid, You might be able to pull off a ban. But other vendors will just pick up the slack and keep on selling their products.

This site really seems to be a free for all. Outside people looking to become members will see all this going on. This derailing of threads by a select few and it is going to hurt the site. You are not saving anyone. People still buy Rotas because they can and will. Harassing the vendors/manufactures will also slow the development down on the car as well. There is nothing to gain from it. It only seems to be a select few that are causing the issues. Many have complained about their actions. But they will ruin it in the long run for everyone.

I hope this post doesn't get deleted.

So let me make sure I understand this.
We are all a holes for questioning something that your company put out without disclosing all the details/facts and try to deceive the potential customers. It is all of our fault that the numbers were too good to be true and later find out that there was more to the said numbers than just the exhaust. And now Mike is in the hospital and that too is our fault. Got it

I'm sorry to hear that he is not doing well...I didn't know that he was having health issues. Tell him to take it easy...

This is not Vivid. Read the screen name.

Mikes issues are from battling Cancer that 1st showed up in January this year has nothing to do with FT86Club. But I am sure the stress here has not helped.
I'm not going into any more personal details about him online.

Perhaps we should lock all vivid threads to prevent further speculation until is in a position to reply.

What besides the nameless stuff are you running? Can you specify which pieces? I'm going to jump on nameless after they finalize their header design.

First things First

I am sorry for his illness and suffering, I offer sympathy and compassion to you and those who are supporting him in his personal battles.

now to the task at hand,

sweetheart you came in here "representing" vivid, and I'm sure (absolutely) that honeywell doesn't approve of you tying their name and vivid's together in any fashion.

I understand you are standing up for your friend and that is a noble thing to do, but you are coming at this situation with blinders on, yes there are several people here that dislike Vivid, or AP whatever, but the bottom line is that was brought upon them by them.

They posted false data, and it took 3 threads worth of backpedaling and promises to get to where we are....and guess what

MIKE MADE PROMISES MIKE DIDN'T KEEP.

Do not mix personal life and business relations, only he can take responsibility for over working himself, and it takes a dedicated person to work under those conditions, but trying to bring the guilt trip to an internet forum? It isn't our responsibility to know peoples limits and ask them not to cross the line. That is every man's duty to himself.

You will find several very good examples of honest vendors doing good work supporting this community. Given honest answers to hard questions showing gains and losses, with zero back pedaling.
