This is something I've struggled to adjust to - the car wants to either be driven really hard (high revs + fast shifts) or back way off with really slow casual shifts like you've got all the time and patience in the world. Nothing in between. Yanking out the clutch pedal assist spring helps some, though.

@Petah78 With your engine off, put your car in ignition mode (don't start your engine), go full throttle 20x, turn your car off. Do that once more. Then turn your engine on. That'll calibrate the throttle pedal.

I have found this actually helps the below 4000rpm throttle response.
