They are welded on yes. The spring rates on these are 6 F 7 R. But they are all made to order. You can get whatever rates you want.

Did you use any additional hardware when installing these?

i.e. camber plates/bolts, etc.

Testing out some other piping sizes and mufflers ATM. Had it on the dyno all weekend trying to make some good power.

No, no additional hardware used. Used either stock bolts/nuts or they sent me stuff. The coilovers come with the camber plates.
