youre getting a person on the first try? mine goes to machine and i have to push like 4 #'s i ended up hanging up, because i wasnt sure what it had asked me, and it wouldnt repeat. i eventually just gave up. maybe ill try again tomorrow.

Well, I get a machine too sometimes.. then i get transfered 1-3 times before speaking to someone. Still not helpful, whoever I end up talking too.

Isn't just pressing zero supposed to get you directly to an operator?

Its 4 than 4 again to get the SOA reps and the best time to call them to get them directly is at 10am eastern time. 9/10 times you will get the SOA rep quick with no wait. Sadly the only issue you will face is disappointing info on your BRZ like having no VIN yet

I didn't pre-order but rather dibs'd an existing dealer order that was in the pipe. The dealer was given a delivery estimate of 7/23, and I was told it could arrive early because it was flagged as sold, and sure enough it came in exactly 1 week early.
