Will provide a report once we get it. They look so pretty in the photos, but I don't really think they'll turn out perfectly clear and round.

There was a whole comedy of errors around our order, so ended up having to cancel (they put the wrong model number on the order) and ordering it from somewhere else, but now the delivery isn't for 8 days.

Had to buy a 5 cubic feet minifridge to bridge the gap. That's OK though because I've been meaning to buy a man-cave fridge anyway for my home office/gamer room!

Today I learned that the best way to save fuel in your electric car is to press the "off" button when parked...

It holds up - I watched it again a few months ago. If you were fond of Dragon's Lair and Space Ace it's just as good now as it was in 1981.

I only saw it once, summer of 1981, just a few days before my 18th birthday, at the Winchester Drive-in in Campbell California. Me and a buddy, a 12 pack of beer, and a hit of acid each. Good times.

Never heard of Dragon's Lair or Space Ace.

Edit: oh, the laser disk games of the 80's. I didn't care for the laser disk games.

The same way a lot of humans do. Make a whole bunch of noise complaining and warning about things that aren't actually there.

I'm still in my rental, it has some amusing nanny systems, brakes when it thinks that I am going to hit something. If I take a corner too quickly, the dash freaks out and does funny things to the gas and brake pedal.. and why am I still in a rental? Mircochip shortage!! It's for real!
