TIL Google is very misleading.

Search for a generic term like hat. it says there are 4.85 billion results. At the end of page 30 it says the remaining results are not the most relevant, and you can repeat the search. Repeat the search and it returns at most 453 results.

This works for any generic search term. As you page through, the number of results drops by 99.999999%.

Why not be transparent about it?

Today I learned that I don't understand technology!! Trying to find a Bluetooth range extender to sit between a laptop and wireless headphones.. Read loads and loads of product reviews, getting all confused with 'transmittors' and 'receivers'...
