Yea, I was playing through the F.E.A.R. series which I had not played before. I got through all the 1 series (there were 3).

Then, I moved to Gloomhaven because my sons want to play it and I suck at card-based turn games, need the practice as to not embarrass myself.

Oh man, the first FEAR game was freakin' awesome. I think I have mentioned here before the scene where he turns around to climb down the ladder and Alma was there. It scared me so much I let out a whimper. It was beautiful. *sigh*

To think I can still remember her name. It must have made some impact.

I shivered just reading about that part again. Me and FEAR had a very up and down relationship for a while.

So much untapped potential if Gran Turismo was ported to PC, maybe someday. Below screenshots from Play Station Estate of Play event.

I’m very much looking forward to this. Between HFW and GT7 my PS will be getting a workout in the next few months.

One of the neat features of the PS5 release is that GT7 will take advantage of the Dual Sense controller and its haptic feedback on the gas/brake buttons. Not as convenient as having a wheel setup in the gran scheme of things, since a majority of them only offer force feedback on the wheel and not so much on pedals, but a nice touch for casual gamers.

Although I'm a fan of Forza, I would really love to see a Gran Turismo port some day. I haven't played since GT5.

Yeah I agree. Forza feels like a game, Gran Turismo feels like an accessible Sim. Even Gran Turismo 6.5 on PS4 is much more satisfying to me than any of the Forza titles from the past five years in my opinion.

What type of driving do you primarily like to do in AC? I don't have any mods since I just have AC on console, my coworker has a bunch. Mostly GT cars and more traditional tracks the game didn't come with.

I'm trying to get thru the career mode little by little, but I mostly just like to take different cars and test every single track. I did download a mod that lets you drive on certain cities in Japan and Trento-Bondone hill climb in Italy. So you could say 30% competition 70% casual driving with track test.

I don't mind most of the base cars in the game. He added Suzuka, Bathurst, and Zolder. It kills me not to have Suzuka.

When I got the game, it was on sale for like $3, I bought all the DLCs and it was a pretty good investment. Im trying to take some of the Shutoku Project Mod cars on Akina, but I can't seem to find a reliable mod for the track.
