Test drove FR-S (although it had TRD exhaust, suspension)
-Rear Seat Function : would like a couple more inches for front-facing child car seats to fit in the rear. I propose designing the rear seats to be removable while still providing the LATCH anchors. Without the rear seat cushion, the car seat will be a few inches lower (and possibly get allow the car seat to move/tilt back a couple inches). |

The center console needs a redesign, or an insert that addresses problems. The cupholder or changeholder is in the wrong place for a drink. My elbow rests against it uncomfortably. I would really like a cushioned, covered storage space. Cupholder is uneccesary, though a easy-to-access changeholder would be useful.
One other thing. The door detent in the wide open position is quite weak. Most of the time it will not stay open on level ground. Last edited by FRiSson; 08-04-2012 at 01:40 PM. |

Would have liked the ability to lock the glove box as there are no other compartments to hide things. |

BRZ Owner:
About 95% of the time when I start driving, I lose GPS signal within a couple of seconds. Sometimes it comes on after a few minutes, sometimes it takes 20-30 minutes. |

The hood needs a slight power bulge to give it a bit more character.
Iphone charger won't fit when using cupholders. Standard arm rest similar to Lexus IS 250 to store iPhone charger and other items out of sight

Tire Performance, FRS Owner.
Tires are noisy at highway speeds. I understand them using a harder tire for predictablity, longer treadlife, better mileage, and lower cost. But they are very noisy and I can't wait to replace them with softer, sporty tire. Last edited by JTM; 07-31-2012 at 02:45 PM. |

-Highway Performance (Stability, Acceleration, Noise)
Car seems to be very finicky when driving straight or making small corrections on the highway. It would be nice to be able to make those fine tuned adjustments with more ease. A small correction takes a lot of effort and I always feel somewhat tense when cruising on the highway.

Couldnt disagree more, the Pioneer upgraded stereo has nice features but the sound quality is horrible. EQ features cant improve terrible sound quality playback. Screaming treble but no bass and extreme noise mashup at high volumes. Not nice to the tuned ear. All JBL and Infinity OEM stereos Ive owned recently have much better sound. Could be confined to the Canadain variant of the Pioneer upgrade since ours is not "BeSpoke". Aftermarket upgrade required after opting for $600 factory upgrade.

BRZ Limited in Manual
1) Cricket noise from the engine is loud and annoying after car is warmed up and idling 2) Shift knob twists/spins too easily when shifting. Tightening the shift knob makes the shift pattern piece pop out |
