Yeah same here, I very rarely eat eggs and consequently have no reason to cook them. In fact if i ever buy eggs to use them I end up wasting most, which sucks. But I decided to get a half-dozen this time and see how it goes.

Usually an omelet for me too, at restaurants.

After eyeballing these for years, I impulse bought one this weekend.

Having fresh beer on tap might be dangerous

Next I want to set this up for nitro and try a stout.

And Hum says they are "burnt" if they are properly crispy around the edges.

Mind you the American restaurants serve enough food for 4 people on each plate.

Between Chez Ultramaroon (Steak), the greasy spoon diner we found (burger and fries) and the Casio sandwich place I am pretty sure I gained about 10 pounds over my week in the PNW!
