I am 2 weeks now into my new FRS (Raven). I would have to say not having a sunroof is a minus, compared to my 2000 Prelude. And the fake carbon fiber dash. Im sure there will soon be some after market goodies that will replace the fake carbon fiber to real.

All these people hating on the scion version.
I do like the Toyota badges much better, I agree with you there.
Though if it went Toyota in the states, it would have mark ups, and be much more expensive. The reason we don't get all those nice things is because scion wanted it to be 25k. It would be nowhere near that with all the fancy things that the GT86 gets.

It would be $28,280. It's called the Subaru BRZ Limited

Not a hate but a little frustrated with the rear driver side blind spot. Adjusted the side mirror out further than I'm use to to try and cover the gap. I'm still paranoid to merge left and find myself checking three times.

Adjust you mirrors like this and never fear blind spots again.

Yea, when anything 80mph+ is an automatic reckless driving ticket here.

This is basically what I did but I left just a slight sliver of the car on each side else I lose point of reference and it just doesn't feel "right". It will take some getting use to, lots and lots of driving. Not sure how I'll do it.

I hate toyota's "ordering" system.

The dealer I am trying to work with has two cars coming in, one with the extra body kit (which I don't want to pay $3k USD for) but in the color I want--red--and another in silver. You can't order a car, just reserve a place in line, and hope that the color/transmission you want comes in.

In this case, since I don't want the body kit, the dealership will attempt to make a trade, but if someone comes in and wants the body kit and the car, I am SOL if the dealership hasn't arranged a trade and they are ready to buy. Its a BS system, they just make you think its first come/first served.

Its sad, but money rules over waiting in line anymore.

Not a hate but I'd like the seat to be about an inch or two lower. My head scrapes the ceiling and I have to bend forward to see traffic lights if I'm the first car.
