Is it me, or does any have issues with the rear view mirror? I feel because these cars sit so low, we are in direct line of headlight beams from vehicles behind us. I do adjust the manual dimmer toggle, but I wish there was some solution as I do not like driving with the dimmer down. Maybe an automatic dimmer is in line?

1. They need to ditch the analog speedometer. It is next to useless.
2. No oil temp/pressure gauges. I am hoping for an aftermarket kit that puts them where the analog speedometer is.
3. I grew up with heavy mechanically linked clutches, I liked the feedback even at the cost of doing more work. Granted for city drivers and drifters, the lighter clutch would be better.
4. It should have been a Toyota for heritage sake. Although, my coworkers finally realize I do not have a rolling box so it is bugging me less. The hood made one miss their Celica.
5. I have to stop driving it when I get to my destination.

I hate that the fuel cap is on the driver side of the car (in australia). Every other car I've owned its been on the passenger side, including an old Celica.

Must be because the other day my FR-S definitely wanted me to buckle up the banana sitting in the passenger seat.

for those disappointed that they didn't get sunglass holders in earlier posts, it looks like japan got a ceiling sunglasses compartment for their GT86.

see page 18 in the japanese owner's manual: http://toyota.jp/manual/86/86_201203.pdf

I hate trying to get through traffic with all the looky-loos trying to stay next to you to look at the car. ><

Everything else I've gotten used too.
Cup holder
Using the re-circulation button to keep hot air from coming through the vents.
Putting things in the trunk instead of the passenger seat.

The only other think I'm tempted to do is to re-badge it so I can stop explaining the whole Scion / Subayota thing. LOL I think I'd re-badge mine to a Suby if I had my choice.

I hate how easy it is to do 80mph+

I went on a quick trip to Charlotte yesterday. I would be cruising at ~75, and the next thing I know Im doing 85mph. It didnt even feel like it. Im sure once I get an exhaust on the car I can probably pick up on it more, but still.
