My wife has put the keyless fob for our other car through the washing machine 3 times now, and amazingly it still works too!

Installed the Jackson Racing oil cooler. It works a little too well on the highway, but it's great on the track!

Make a removable cover so it only cools on the track. I did on mine and it runs like standard until it`s uncovered. Apart from a slightly longer oil warm up.

Wrapped my mirrors today.

Used Vivid Carbon Fiber with texture. Left over from my previous car. Figured I’d use it up before I get some more. I’m not a pro but I’m happy with it for the most part. A few wrinkles but only on the tight corner towards the window. I’ll redo it once I get some more from Amazon. Took a few hours haha. But hey, it beats paying someone to do it! And just in the one for Portland Super Subie Stancewars!

Looks good. Prepare to not be able to turn to full lock without rubbing on the inside of the fender well.

Thank you for linking this series. Was looking for similar assembly/disassembly videos. This one never came up in the search.

Yea my friend at autocross suggested that. I'll block the entire thing in the winter, and maybe make a cover with a smaller opening for the summer based on my needs.

Will 255s rub on those wheel specs?

(I'm assuming they need small spacers then?)

Completed my first SCCA TT event. I ran one before but the car didn't survive. Learned a lot. Ended up running Max3 since there where no other cars in Max4 and got 3rd, though a long way back from 1st and 2nd in class, a Cayman and a turbo SW20. Had a lot of fun and was going back and forth with an M3 in my class all weekend until his SMG pump failed. Still having cooling issues even with Koyorad. Oil temps look okay so

Car looks great, loving that driveway labs hood vent.

What are those little silver things on top of your splitter?

Thanks.

I had an off last year and messed up the splitter. So I flipped it over and drilled out the brace in the front to take more fasteners. I also added another brace in the rear to support it better. The silver things are the bolt heads. This one is on it's last legs, I will probably build something much sturdier for next year this winter.

Looks great! I've been preparing to wrap my other car and watching videos to learn before I dive in. There is actually a tool to assist with stretching over the mirror. Quite pricey for one use. I wouldn't have even noticed it you didn't mention it.
