Sucks about AC issues. My renter has been having an issue too and mine is not keeping up.

Yep, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

We had central AC installed about 10 years ago. I told the salesman that he had best install one that will keep mrs humfrz cool, regardless of how hot it gets outside.

Because, iffen she has one of her post menopausal hot flashes, I'm going to send her, with her stainless steel tongue, down to see YOU!

So far so good, it's been 109 F outside, and kept it down to 70 F inside -

Tennent just had a horribly dirty filter and a bunch of dust matted against the condenser.

If you want to help out your unit don't use fans, put a sprinkler out there so it hits the condenser.
