Sadly the threads still show up, even if the vendor is on your ignore list. It would be nice if a person/vendor is on your ignore list if a thread they started wouldn't even show up, but that may not be possible with the forum software.

I know on the other forum I use that uses vB it's possible to remove the thread name but the persons name will still appear.

No kidding!

Chris at Titan has been responding to my emails promptly and went out of his way to help me with an issue I had. Good guy/vendor in my book!

As a vote for, Chris I was on the first round on Perrin Pulley buy - he shipped quickly (I received it Friday in Australia) I only realised he'd been banned when I came to give my trader feedback (positive)

1 thread per vendor per sub-forum makes sense ie. suspension, engine etc. I'll continue to buy from Chris and TiTAN when they are allowed back - the sooner the better

Vendors don't need to post "replied to your PM", that's obvious already to the user before they even get to the thread. It's a bump, nothing else.

And yes, please keep reporting violations you see that happen after the rules were put into place. Also we are giving vendors a bit of time to go add MAP/MSRP pricing to their threads, otherwise all vendors would have been banned. But keep reporting those also so we can work on the vendor with that. We would have done the same with Titan had he not bumped so many times the day after the rules were implemented.

Your post seems to imply that we are playing favorites and holding something against Titan. I've never used most of the vendors that are on this site and have never even heard of that Titan before (I thought they were the guys in Orland assuming they still exist at first until I noticed his location).

There is no motive beyond enforcing the rules Chris knew about and broke.
Thanks Dave, but I personally couldn't care less about bumping. The owners and moderators do, that's fine.

My point was that I posted legitimate questions that were completely relevant to the threads and both vendors totally ignored them.

I guess that's their choice, but a simple message to say "We're not interested" would have been nice ... bumpworthy even.

Sorry I misunderstood your point.

As for them not replying, that's just a clear sign that says "Don't buy from me!" IMO

Good to hear. I'm still waiting for mine as well. Emailed him yesterday and am waiting for his reply.

I was in the first batch and still haven't received mine. I've e-mailed him and haven't had a response. I'm starting to wonder.

It appears they are banned. I paid for my pulley, as well. I attempted to PM the vendor; however, I could not. I attempted to reply within the thread. I noticed their threads are closed and the s/n is labeled banned.

My apologies, I did not read the full thread to recognize the situation with the vendor. Thank you for the update.
