Titan Performance banned??
 

I just ordered a set of coilovers last night, had great communication with Chris, just tried to pm him to get a tracking number only to find he is banned.

If anyone (mods) know what is going on please let me know so I can file a claim with Paypal if need be.

according to Chris, he was banned for "bumping" too much when he merely replied his thread with "You have a PM! :) -Chris"....

anyway he told me the Perrin bush GB is cancelled at this stage because of his inability to communicate. however we can still email him to discuss.

Thank you for making my life just a little bit more difficult. Don't really see why he was banned. He's the only vendor that replied to questions promptly. I've seen way too many vendors relentlessly just bumping posts without new info.

Guess I'll need to contact him regarding my payment. I have already paid to be a part of the bushing GB -- as have others.

Also, I understand trying to curb the relentless 'BUMP!' posts but, if a vendor is replying to a legitimate question in one of their threads, there shouldn't be any beef there. Hoping it's not a permaban. Like @computertech01 mentioned, Chris was actually prompt in his replies and generally helpful. I cannot say the same for a lot of the other vendors I've dealt with on this forum.

Hopefully I can easily get my refund on the bushing. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be prompt on your paypal payments.

i absolutely agree with his great communication. PM and emails are always replied promptly unlike a few vendors here who never replied to my enquires.....

Please email him about this. i will still be ordering the perrin bush from him.

Tossed him a quick email to get a refund if it was cancelled. He said the group buy is still on for those that were interested. Also its a 1 month ban kinda disappointing as he was the one really good vendor who was all about the deals.
