Oh, crop dusters always fly low, in order to avoid drift of the pesticides onto non target areas. Down in Imperial Valley, California, I've seen cotton plants tangled in the wheels of crop duster planes.
I could never figure out which came first, pilots to fly open cockpit airplanes spraying highly toxic insecticides ..... OR ...... pilots flying that low because of spraying highly toxic insecticides ......
