Does this header require modifying the under tray? Or is that just the high end ACE headers?

I have the same exact headers and the undertray does not need modified nor does the header rub on it even on stock engine mounts in my case.

You can use OE gaskets if they are in good shape or you can just get new gaskets. They're really cheap. Other than that you don't need anything else.
