I put a portable heater next to the painting booth. I turn it on 30-60 minutes prior to painting. I paint in my cellar (which is not heated) so it's not exactly like the outside, but still fairly cold. Great results. Also I always keep my cans in hot water prior to painting and in between coats I put them on the heater to keep them warm.
