Funny thing, I recall my good friend showed me the Annex maybe a month or so prior to seeing your post. I brushed it off seeing that its another company using this style components. Then again, I don't have $2000 burning a hole in my pocket to test out unknown parts either.

I didn't say I'm switching Just curious, and want to be at least aware of where the market is going.
If there's one thing I could change about TEINs is how rough and noisy they are on some surfaces — and Annex coilovers specifically call out comfort as a feature. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my TEINs. Not enough to make me switch at this point though. |

I'll have mine in a few weeks. We'll see how that goes. My son has driven a couple cars on them and says they feel good, so I got them on the Black Friday deal. Hopefully have them on in time for a Laguna Seca track day in January. Will report back....

I have Annex CSP (9K/10K) on my car. However I never use other coilovers before so I don't have any data for comparison. My car feel easier to control at limit compared to when it was stock and my laptime was reduced 2 secs at Laguna with less sticky tires. (225 RE71R to 245 RS4). So I guess it is good.

Hows the behavior on the street with those spring rates? If only they had 46mm bores (piston options if I decide to crack them open), I would so try them out at 6/6k for street.

Also not sure if it is related to the spring rate. The car's VSC is more sensitive compared to when the car was stock. The car is lowered roughly 1 inch, did corner balanced and "VSC Sensor Neutral Memorization" reset. But VSC kicks in more often than before. My FR-S is my dedicate track car and I do pedal dance on tracks so it is not a big issue for me. But if you do rely on VSC, that will be something to consider. |

Mine showed up on Thursday. Don't have them on yet as it was rainy all weekend. But here's a few unboxing pics. They look pretty nice to me, but the proof will be how they feel on the car. Hopefully will find out soon... Also, in the manual on the QC page is a personal thank you note. I thought that was a nice touch and tells me this wasn't simply shipped from a warehouse. And to clarify, I ordered the "Fastroad Pro Street" kit.
