Depends on how stripped down. Between about 350 and 380 pounds.

If Subaru/Toyota were a proper car manufacturer, the valve spring recall would include the complete timing kit and the VVT sprocket replacement.
In my country some cars are returning to Toyota due to high clearance on the valve shimmings because Toyota doesn't adjust the shimmings to the right spec after replacing the valve springs.
The result is a high metallic noise like valve tapping. I guess the recall procedure doesn't include it, so they don't measure it

That last one didn't happen for a few reasons but one just popped up close to home that isn't hammered or unnecessarily expensive. I know there's a difference between manual and auto blocks, can I use a '16 (11/15 build) auto motor in my '13 manual car? What modifications need to be made?

I should know for the future though, can an auto motor be used easily in a manual car? It looks like the biggest issue is they use different oil pans and camshaft cover so are these parts interchangeable from my old motor?

I never did the recall. I doubt I will bother at this point.
Who else decided to skip the recall ?

Yes, interchangeable, however, understand that we are not talking about that bottom steel pan. On this engine, that is the "lower" oil pan. The "upper" oil pan is a key component of the actual block. It's also the part of the engine that has the studs which fit into the transmission bell housing.

If Subaru/Toyota techs would follow the specified recall procedure you wouldn't have those issues as the recall precedure clearly tells them to measure and shim as needed;

7) Measure and record the cam clearances following the procedure in the applicable Service Manual.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The purpose for performing these cam clearance measurements is to
compare the “before” and “after” values and confirm there was no change.
• If the clearances are out of specification, obtain the required shims for installation prior to
reassembly.
• If the clearances are all within specification at this point but after reassembly, some are
found to be out of specification, it is likely some of the shims were miss-positioned during
reassembly. CAREFULLY Re-adjust as necessary to insure all clearances are within the
following specifications:
Standard values (cold engine):
○ INTAKE: 0.10 to 0.16 mm {0.0039 to 0.0063 in.}
○ EXHAUST: 0.21 to 0.27 mm {0.0083 to 0.0106 in.}
8) CAREFULLY remove the timing chain cover, timing chain and all related components following
the existing procedures in the applicable Service Manual.
