Good to know that we're supposed to have those grommets above the strut. My car doesn't have them either.

I assume that'll have to be checked on after they do PDI just to make sure they did it.

Thats fine ill do it myself without a lift.

There all done in under 30 secs. Was that so hard for the tech to do during the PDI?

she was left speech less lol
I guess it doesn't rain down here either right? And we'd never get enough of a storm surge to get saltwater in either right?

You should have asked her. That's the worst excuse ever just trying to avoid blame. I would avoid that dealership from now on.

Pictures work - try copying the URL into your browser first, I think there might be a digital certificate issue and your browser may be preventing you from seeing it unless you input it directly.

Yep. I get an SSL warning in Chrome. I saw the pics without an issue on my phone. Just go to these links directly:

This thread should be made sticky so everyone can know.
I see that happening a lot if someone is not careful...

I have read through this entire thread.

1) Are the plugs in this post the solution to the OP's problem?

2) Do the plugs in this post only work with OEM or non-adjusting shocks?

3) With regard to the tow holes on the bottom of the car: A grommet is not a plug, so how does a grommet keep dirt and water out?
