Today I pulled a single arm dumbell clean and press (from the floor) for a double at 47.5kg, only got a single with the 50kg with my right hand though, my left didn'teven get the clean, finished my sess with a single clean shoulder press at 102.5kg.

Ok for my age, well, not my squats, my squat is rubbish.

In saying that, my arthritis dictates my training now, and currently, my right rotator cuff has requested copious amounts of panadol and alcohol.

I get up at 4 and do 1.5 hours. That way I can eat like shit if I want to

I'd say at this point you have earned the right to do whatever your wife says you can do

My new sprinkler system is finished. I now have 8 stations vs 4 before. No more old fashioned hammer drive rainbirds. And no more sprinklers sticking a foot plus out of the ground. So excited.
